Arrive on time

We recommend that you arrive no less than 15 minutes before your allocated bus departure time, as printed on your ticket and/or included in your email booking confirmation. This applies to all admission tickets and to transport inclusive packages. Please see your booking confirmation for your ticket time from either;

• Shuttle Bus: The Boulevard
• Belfast Coach: Visit Belfast Centre, Donegall Square North
• Dublin Coach: Molly Malone Statue, Store Street Bus Station

Failure to arrive on time

Should you fail to arrive at or before your departure time, your admission to The Studio Tour will not be permitted.

Children

Children under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by an adult.

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse admission if a visitor is in the possession of any dangerous or restricted items including knives and bladed weapons, alcohol or illegal drugs, CS/pepper spray, scissors, cutlery, or anything which could be considered a security risk.

Re-entry

If, for any reason, including having completed your Studio Tour, you exit The Studio Tour, you will not be re-admitted to the tour without having purchased another ticket.

Amending your Tour visit date or departure time

If you wish to change the date of your visit and/or your departure time from your selected point of departure, you must call our Visitor Service Team on +44 28 40 464 777 or email info@gotstudiotour.com.

A £5.00 amendment fee will be applied on each occasion a booking is amended.

Refunds, Transferability, Alterations

Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and void if defaced or altered.

On-Site Regulations

Food and Beverage
It is not permitted to bring food or drink into the Studio Tour. Guests are permitted to bring their own reusable water bottles. Reusable bottles are also available to purchase at The Studio Tour Shop.

Animals
Trained assistance dogs are welcome at The Studio Tour and dog refreshment bowls can be provided on request. Unfortunately, no other pets or animals are permitted at or into the Studio Tour.

Behaviour
When visiting the Studio Tour, you agree to abide by the Law, to respect the rights and entitlements of the Studio Tour staff and guests.
