Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. The promo code ‘KINDNESS’ entitles customers to complimentary admission to the Studio Tour when applied at checkout during the promotional period, subject to availability.
  2. The promotional period runs from 16 February 2026 at 00:01 to 22 February 2026 at 23:59 (GMT), unless ended earlier in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
  3. A maximum of 3,500 complimentary tickets are available as part of this promotion. The offer will automatically end once this allocation has been fully redeemed, even if this occurs before the stated end date.
  4. Complimentary tickets must be redeemed online at the time of booking by entering the valid promo code at checkout. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  5. Visits using complimentary tickets must take place on or before 31 May 2026.
  6. All visits must be booked in advance. Entry without a valid booking confirmation will not be permitted.
  7. Complimentary tickets are non transferable, non refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, resale, or any alternative product or service.
  8. The promo code may only be used once per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless explicitly stated.
  9. The Studio Tour reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse, cancel, or withdraw bookings where misuse, abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
  10. The Studio Tour reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time where necessary due to operational requirements, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  11. Standard Studio Tour Terms of Entry and visitor policies apply to all bookings made using this promotion.
  12. By redeeming the promo code, customers are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
